Securely pack your items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all luxury tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid boutique shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
